The Berghem Love project
Berghem Love is the first project from Bergamo to have created casoncelli and scarpinòcc "for walking", bringing the tradition of fresh handmade pasta every day in an innovative key, capable of combining tradition and contemporaneity.
A format that stems from the encounter between respect for roots and a current vision: Bergamo cuisine remains true to itself, but changes rhythm, language and way of use.
Between restaurant and street food
Berghem Love is a hybrid between restaurant and street food: the quality, recipes and care are those of authentic artisan cuisine, while the service is designed for those who want to eat well even when they have little time.
We produce casoncelli, scarpinòcc, tagliatelle and fresh pasta by hand, prepared daily with selected ingredients, in full respect of the Bergamo tradition.
Our philosophy
Ours is a fast but conscious project: fast in service, rigorous in manual work and slow in the choice of raw materials and processes.
Berghem Love was created to demonstrate that tradition must not stand still, but can evolve intelligently, because Bergamo cuisine can also live in a new and dynamic form, without losing its identity.
Here fresh pasta is not just a dish:
it is local culture that moves, dialogues with the present and remains deeply authentic.
